Meeting Paul Madey was a lucky event. We met at our garage sale and discovered he had been the realtor our son used for 3 years! It was very important to us that he knew the area and that he worked with us on the commission. Paul was with us every step of the way!

Working with Paul Madey was highly commendable. We always appreciated his honest unbiased recommendations and suggestions. His knowledge and expertise in real estate business is wonderful, we never had to second guess when dealing with Paul. Paul is highly professional, very friendly, and very prompt. It was our pleasure working with Paul.

Since we haven't sold a house in 33 years, we had no idea of what to expect regarding the procedure. Paul was there to answer our questions and hold our hand through the entire process.

Paul served as our agent for the purchase of our family's first home in Elmhurst. We did not know Paul prior to meeting him during a random showing, but from the moment we first spoke with him, we felt very comfortable given his calm, patient demeanor and clearly apparent experience and expertise. Throughout our home search, Paul was very responsive, always available, checking in periodically without pressure, and very respectful our concerns and questions (even the most basic). After showing us a number of homes across a broad search area, we found one we really loved but was priced substantially ($100k) above our planned budget. Paul proved very knowledgeable about 'true' market values and helped us guide us through our initial offer and the tough, long negotiations that followed. Again, his patience and 'looking out for our best interests' was apparent. Much to Paul's credit, we eventually settled at great price for the home we loved and couldn't be happier. We would, without a doubt, use Paul's services for our real estate needs in the future and would recommend his to our friends and family.

The thing I most liked about Paul was his honesty and no B.S.His response to phone calls and any questions was wonderful. At a time when condos units are not selling Paul and myself came up with reasonable list price and he took some incredible in home pictures and to my disbelief the unit sold within two days of listing.

I had the option of choosing from many Brokers that had reached out regarding the sale of my house, and I decided to choose Paul. Paul seemed very knowledgeable and presented himself well without being too pushy. It was a great decision, since Paul was able sell the house very quickly. He was also always available when I needed him and provided good advice. Paul also helped with getting access other Century 21 services, which was a great help for my relocation to Texas. I would recommend Paul if you want a friendly broker you gets the job done.

Over and above Paul helped us when no one else would even give us the time of day with a bankruptcy and a long list of credit problems Paul was willing to help, thanks!!He was able to show us several homes and find us a great place to live. He promptly responded when we had any concerns. He helped us as new renters understand the process and the lease.

Paul was always very responsive and got answers quickly. When I found my perfect home, we were able to tour it and put the offer through on the same day. Paul helped me throughout the entire process. I don't think I would have been able to get my place so quickly if it wasn't for his help.

Paul's knowledge and experience is extensive having worked in the Chicagoland realty market for many years. He exceeded our expectations through the process of selling our home, from his realistic evaluation and pricing of the property to his marketing plan that brought in the buyers almost immediately, to his assistance at closing. He is an asset to Century 21, and his clients.

I know Mr. Paul Madey from my sister when he helped us to put our former home into Market, since then I keep him in my mind that I will contact him in the future when it’s time for me to buy my own house. No regrets, he is the right person, he did a great job and all I could say is put my worries aside and let him do his work, trusting is a word. For me it’s also a learning from all the process and with his guidance and advice, things may not go smoothly. I thumbs up for him.

My family and I contracted Paul to be the listing agent on our parents home. We could not of been more pleased. Paul always kept us I the loop with the activity on all of the social media outlets. He was prepared at our first meeting with comps of homes in our area but was very aware how in many ways ours stood above the rest and took that into consideration when pricing our home in todays market. Our interest was always first from the onset of signing contract with Paul, to and thru the closing he stood with us and whenever needed represented my brother, sister and I. Paul's presence was always respectable, grateful and helpful to us to the very end. We would recommend Paul to our friends and family and to those who presently are looking for an agent to help them purchase or sell their home.

Paul is not just a great professional, he is an excellent person. He helps you with all unexpected situation, he is always available to help.He helped us with issues on price adjustments and closing date.
